In Ordos, the cement companies are high energy and material consumption industries, the production process of cement needs to consume a large number of non-renewable resources and energy, the emissions of dust and other pollutants have a serious impact on the surrounding enviroment. The one hand, the cement companies need feasible cleaner production program to solve the existing problems in the production; the other hand, as an important resource and energy base, the Ordos region need cleaner production to achieve the region sustainable development.This paper provides the production process of analysis and assessment for a cement company in Erdos of Inner Mongolia, from raw materials, products, technology, equipment, Process control, waste characteristics, staff quality and management of the eight-to-business aspects, put forward and implement a cleaner production program. Specific findings are as follows:1.The cleaner production audits generated a total of no/low cost program3, after the implementation, the economic benefits can be achieved in58,800yuan each year, the recycling of waste cotton are160kg.2. From the technical feasibility, environmental effects, economic effects, ease of implementation and impact of products and the production of five areas of the resulting3feasibility of the program are as follow:Reconstruction of circulating water and replacement of cooling tower. Program:The distance from recharge well to the recycling pool are changed from500m to200m; original seamless steel pipes are instead of a75mm diameter PPR tube; the power of deep-well pump is changed from7.5kw to5.5kw; two cooling towers are replaced by a new counter flow cooling tower. The total investment is 108,000yuan, to save the operating costs77,500yuan, increase the cash flow of enterprise59,000yuan, the internal rate of return is46.6%,the investment will be returned in2years. After the implementation of the program, the pipeline of new recycling water saved139,000tons water each year; the effective rate of utilization of recycling water was more than95%; the saving of electrical energy is730kw/h, the fee of water resource are69.500yuan each year.A High Pressure Water Gun is installed in broken port. Program:a TJ02-S High Pressure Water Gun is installed in broken port of grate cooler of rotary kiln, the instantaneous pressure of the export is up to50Mpa, the water consumption is50L/min, the all disposed time of the blocking of the broken port only need15minutes. The total investment is68,000yuan, to increase the cash flow of enterprise266,600yuan, the investment will be returned in1year. After the implementation of the program, the normal operation rate of the rotary kiln was increased by lpercent, to reduce the direct economic losses of duing with the host downtime386,800yuan each year.Changing a coal burner of the rotary. Program:a new four-channel burner will replace the original burner, which has a low requirement of the coal quality. The burner can use a1:1mix of raw coal and low grade coal. The total investment is213,000yuan, to increase the cash flow of enterprise812,000yuan each year, the investment will be returned in1year. After the implementation of the program, the amount of the raw coal using was reduced effectively, the saving of raw coal was23,000tons each year.3.In this paper, by studying the cleaner production audit of cement company, summarizes the resource conservation and economic benefits after the implementation of programes, proposes the problems in the process of the cleaner production audit of cement company, and makes a prediction for the development of the cleaner production of cement industry.
