Objective: This paper is about to study for the risk of the less sperm from Uyghur andHan nationality in Urumqi. Based on the result can be used to support the research of thenosogeny of the sperm less weak risk from the Uyghur and Han nationality which can helpto provide the evidence for the reproductive health services. Methods: For Uyghur and hannationality sperm less and weak spermatozoon disease, and Uyghur and han nationalitynormal physical examination, questionnaire investigation and laboratory examination.Research object is divided into six groups, respectively is: Uyghur men sperm less,and theweak spermatozoon group, the han nationality sperm less and the weak spermatozoon group,less, the Uyghur and han nationality male physical examination group. First, Uyghur andhan nationality sperm less and weak spermatozoon disease grouping6parts,such likeUyghurs sperm less disease, Uyghurs weak spermatozoon disease, Han sperm less disease,Han s weak spermatozoon disease, Uyghur and han nationality male physical examinationgroup each166people. Analyzed by univariate logistic regression analysis, initial screeningrisk factors influential, multivariate Logistic regression analysis, further selection of factorshave a great impact for both Uyghur and han nationality sperm less and weak spermatozoondisease, Make the regression equation, and analyze the causes of the risk factors. The risk forthe Han weak spermatozoon disease is related to pesticide exposure history (OR=0.454,95%CI:0.195-1.054), and the cottonseed oil edible history (OR=2.115,95%CI:1.250-3.579);2, The Uyghur nationality sperm less that their spouse has a history ofmiscarriage risk of infertility than controls (OR=4.728,95%CI:1.886-11.856),Han thespouse has a history of miscarriage risk of infertility is higher than the control group (OR=0.365,95%CI:0.215-0.618), The Uyghur nationality weak spermatozoon disease patients totheir spouse has a history of miscarriage risk of infertility is higher than the control group(OR=3.094,95%CI:1.149-8.332).3, For age, abstinence time, semen pH value (pH), thetotal number of sperm, sperm b, d level of total number of sperm and live sperm rate totalseven indicators have a larger contribution to the han nationality sperm less; Forwardmovement total sperm, grade b sperm and semen pH (pH), the total number of sperm, spermdensity, sperm counts, d level, age seven indicators have a larger contribution to uyghur lesssperm; Sperm quantity, pH value (pH), forward movement level sperm counts, sperm andlive sperm rate total contributions to the han weak spermatozoon disease is larger; Semen pHvalue (pH), the total number of sperm, sperm forward movement, total number of class b,class c total sperm sperm contribution to uyghur weak sperm is larger. Conclusion:1, Therisk for the Uyghurs sperm less disease, is related to the abstinence time;For the Han male,the risk of sperm less is related to abstinence time; The risk for the Uyghurs weakspermatozoon disease, is related to the history of alcohol drinking. The risk for the Han weakspermatozoon disease is related to pesticide exposure history, and the cottonseed oil ediblehistory;2, han and Uyghurs less sperm and Uyghurs weak spermatozoon disease can lead totheir spouse.3, Stepwise discriminant analysis to build the mathematical functions for spermless disease and weak spermatozoon disease diagnosis have certain effect.
