| Objective:Preliminary discussion on the distribution characteristic and clinical relevant factors ofT1565C site polymorphisms of platelet glycoprotein receptor GPⅡb/Ⅲa in Xinjiang Uygur patientswith coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods: Choose a total of395cases of hospitalized patients with heart disease and healthyphysical examination in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people’s hospital. They are199cases of Uygur healthy and196cases of Uygur patients with CHD, who to rule out the patients withanemia, blood disease, and hemorrhagic disease and there are active peptic ulcers, severe liver andkidney damage. Case group and control group were respectively extracted genome DNA, and thenmade PCR amplification and enzyme cut for T1656C site of platelet glycoprotein receptor GPⅡb/Ⅲa. We watched then analysis and evaluation of the results. Results: Compare the basic data of the two groups, there is no statistical significance about age andgender between the two groups, and other factors are less affected by age and gender. The patientsof case group who have a history of hypertension, type2diabetes and smoking are significantlyhigher than the control group, and they all have statistically significant. Biochemical examinationshows LDL of case group was obviously higher than that of control group, with statisticallysignificant. The case group: T/T type180cases (92%), T/C type16cases (8%).The control group:T/T type194cases (97%), T/C type5cases (3%). There was no C/C type in two groups.T/C typegene between two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) T1656C site T/C type gene of platelet glycoprotein receptor GPⅡb/Ⅲa may be associated withXinxiang Uygur patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).(2) T1656C site C/C type gene of platelet glycoprotein receptor GPⅡb/Ⅲa in Xinjiang Uygurpeople is rare. |
