| Objective:To study the therapeutical effect of the decoction of yi-qi-hua-yu on treating vagina bleeding after medicine abortion, and to explore its action mechanism.Methods:We selected60patients who were qualified with the principles and divided them into two groups, the treatment group was given the decoction of yi-qi-hua-yu for ten days and the control group was given the leonurus soft capsules for ten days as well. We observed the days and the amount of bleeding and write down them on the7th,10th and14th day. If there were someone bleeding freely for only a short time,they must be operated immediately. We also shoud write down the side-effect,such as stomachache,headache and so on. And test HCG. of urine on the7th,10th and14th day. On the14th day, let them take ultrasonic diagnosis.Results:The efficacy rate of the control group was70%,while the treatment group was93.3%, which was much better than the control group in TCM symptom efficacy.(P<0.01). In the efficacy of the hemostasis,the efficacy rate of the treatment group was93.3%, while the control group was66.7%.This showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.(P<0.05). In comparison with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the treatment group is much less.The rate of urine HCG declining to normal in2weeks is higher than the observed group.And the rate of intrauterine residue in the treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusions:the decoction of yi-qi-hua-yu can effectively shorten the time and quantity of vagina bleeding after medicine abortion and improve the rate of urine HCG declining to normal in2weeks,reduce the rate of intrauterine residue. |
