Objective:(1) To investigate the relationship among plasma soluble CD105,Neopterin and the Acute Cornary Syndrom(ACS).(2) To investigate therelationship between plasma soluble CD105and Neopterin and the relationship betweenthe Two ones and The ACS.Method:Totally104patients received coronary angiography were enrolled inthis study, including68ACS patients, between50-81years old,(UA group:27,19male and8female;AMI group:41,35male and6female) and13patients withoutcoronary artery disease by coronary angiography (CAG) as control group:9female and4male;and23SA patients were enrolled from The cardiovascular MDout-patient clinic:14female and9male.All of them had been excluded by serious liveror renal insufficiency, infetion, malignant tumor ect. The levels of plasma soluble CD105and Neopterin were measured in2hours after admission (before PCI) and after PCI72hours(after PCI)by ELISA. To anakysis the correlation between soluble CD105andNeopterin and the relationship between the Two ones and The ACS.Result:1.(1)Plasma levels of sCD105was significantly higher in ACS group than SAgroup and Control group(P<0.05),but Plasma levels of sCD105in SA group and inControl group didn’t show statistical differences between them (P>0.05);(2) Neopterinwas significantly higher in ACS group than SA group and Control group, but Neopterinin SA group and in Control group didn’t show statistical differences between them(P>0.05)(P<0.05).2.(1)Plasma levels of sCD105was significantly higher in AMI group than SAgroup and Control group(P<0.05);Plasma levels of sCD105was significantly higherin UA group than SA group and Control group(P<0.05):but UA group and AMI groupdidn’t show statistical differences between them (P>0.05).(2)Neopterin was significantly higher in AMI group than SA group and Control group (P<0.05);Neopterin was significantly higher in UA group than SA group and Controlgroup(P<0.05);but UA group and AMI group didn’t show statistical differencesbetween them (P>0.05).3.Plasma levels of sCD105in ACS group:9.62(12.60-5.93) was significantlylower at the time after PCI72hours (after PCI)than admission time(before PCI):16.53(29.51-11.24)(P<0.05);Neopterin in ACS group:63.70(78.86-47.01)wassignificantly lower at the time after PCI than admission time(before PCI):153.04(245.69-99.36)(P<0.05).4.(1)The correlation with coronary artery disease count:Plasma levels of sCD105showed positive correlation with coronary artery disease count(r=0.251,P=0.000);butNeopterin showed no correlation with coronary artery disease count(P>0.05).(2)Thecorrelation with Gensini score:Plasma levels of sCD105and neopterin showed nocorrelation with Gensini score (P>0.05),it cued that Plasma levels of sCD105andneopterin showed no correlation with the degrees of the coronary artery’s stegnosis。5.(1)Single agent correlation with ACS:Plasma levels of sCD105and Neopterinboth showed positive correlations with ACS (r=0.462, P=0.000<0.05; r=0.367,P=0.000<0.05);(2)Logistic correlation with ACS:Plasma levels of sCD105andNeopterin both were independent predictors for the occurrence of ACS.6.The correlation between Plasma levels of sCD105and Neopterin:Plasma levelsof sCD105was independently associated with Neopterin.Conclusion:1.Plasma levels of sCD105and Neopterin both increased in ACSpatients.2.Plasma levels of sCD105and Neopterin were closely correlated with the AcuteCornary Syndrom(ACS).Plasma levels of sCD105and Neopterin were both apredictorsof vulnerable plaques and ACS.3.Plasma levels of sCD105was positively correlated with coronary artery diseasecount, but Neopterin showed no correlation with coronary artery disease count;Plasmalevels of sCD105and Neopterin showed no correlation with Gensini score.4.In the development of ACS,neovascularization which was represented by Plasmalevels of sCD105and inflammation which was represented by Neopterin mayinteract,The activity of neovascularization and inflammation may synergistically facilitate unstability of vulnerabale plaque.
