Objective:By the clinical research of Supplementing Qi and nourishing yin andactivating blood in interfering diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion(DLASO),toexplore the early diagnosis and treatment of DLASO And observe the clinical curativeeffect, in order to reduce the incidence rate of diabetic gangrene and amputation.Methods:60patients who suffered from DLASO were randomly divided into two groupsincluding the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was givenQiMaiTongLuoYin, while the control group was given TangMaiKang granule.4monthslater, we observed the change of Pair of lower limbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound, clinical symptom, blood-fat metabolism index, Fasting blood glucose and fibrinogenbetween the treatment group and the control group. Results: The two group’s Pair of lowerlimbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound, clinical symptom, blood-fat metabolism index,Fasting blood glucose and fibrinogen were obviously improved. There was significantdifference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)and the effect ofthe treatment group was better than the control group. Clinical trial period no obviousadverse reactions. Conclusions: QiMaiTongLuoYin can improve the level of Pair of lowerlimbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound and clinical symptom of DLASO patients, reach the effect of early prophylaxis and treatment to DLASO, and reduce the incidencerate of diabetic gangrene and amputation of Diabetic patients.
