In China, this project hasbeen included in the following two regulations, Respiratory National Key ClinicalSpecialist Construction Project Assessment Criteria and National Medical Service PriceProject Specification (2012edition). However, this project has not been greatlydeveloped due to past reasons. As a local company which has focused onpharmaceutical industry for years, Sichuan HY Company is very optimistic about theclinical value and future development of this project. Therefore, the company intends toact on behalf the project’s sales in4southwest provinces (cities). In order to ensure thesuccessful implantation of this project, it’s very necessary to conduct a scientificfeasibility study before investment decisions are made.This article will conduct a feasibility research based on the proposed investmentproject’s situation and the theory of feasibility study. Firstly, to evaluate its marketfeasibility according to market size and competition analysis. Secondly, to demonstrateits technical feasibility by analyzing the project products and technical method. Thirdly,to analyze the project’s investment and economic benefit by using the basic method ofeconomic evaluation, referring to the current situation of the project itself, regionalpatients and HY company status. Furthermore, to study the social evaluation byanalyzing the project’s social environment and benefit. Last but not least, thecorresponding solutions and strategies as well as the feasibility conclusion are givenbased on the prediction and analysis of the possible risks during project implementation. The last part of this article gives the conclusion of the study and puts forward relevantsuggestions by summarizing the project’s overall feasibility study.
