Objective:The growth factor is soluble media of damage repair and angiogenesis, including transforming growth factor (TGF-β) regulate cell growth and differentiation, cell adhesion and migration, extracellular matrix production and fibrosisthe role of a series of biological processes, it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR). To observe the effect of Haikunhuayu tablet on the Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) of intravitreous of the experimental proliferative vitreoretinopathy animal model induced by RPE.Methods:To inject0.1ml RPE into intravitreous to induce the (PVR) animal model.the animals are divided into the blank control group, model control group, positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet high dose(HD) control groups, Haikunhuayu tablet TD control groups,and Haikunhuayu tablet low dose (LD) control groups.The Haikunhuayu tablet control groups were received different doses of Haikunhuayu tablet of suspension liquid irrigation treatment stomach28days,the positive control group were received intravitreous injection of daunorubicin one-time.By the methed of ELISA,to observe the TGF-β of intravitreous.Results:(1) Develop the PVR animal model blank control group compared with model control group in hyperplasia series,proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is very significant differences (P<0.01).(2) After treatment7days, model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups in hyperplasia series is significant differences (P<0.05),it compared with TD control groups and LD control groups is not differences (P>0.05); After treatment14days, model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet LD control groups and TD control groups in hyperplasia series is very significant differences (P<0.01), it compared with LD control groups is significant differences (P<0.05); after treatment21days, model control group compared with positive control group in hyperplasia series is significant differences (P<0.05), it compared with Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups in hyperplasia series is very significant differences (P<0.01), it compared with TD control groups and LD control groups is not differences (P>0.05); After treatment28days, model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups in hyperplasia series is very significant differences (P<0.01), it compared with TD control groups in hyperplasia series is significant differences (P<0.05), it compared with LD control groups is not differences (P>0.05)., fter treatment21and28<0.01444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444(3) Model control group compared with treatment control groups in hyperplasia membrane cross-sectional area and section hyperplasia cell count is very significant differences (P<0.01).(4) Model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups and TD control groups in proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is very significant differences (P<0.01), it compared with LD control groups is not differences (P>0.05).(5) Model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups and TD control groups in Transforming growth factor-B (TGF-β) is very significant differences (P<0.01), it compared with LD control groups is significant differences (P<0.05).(6) Model control group compared with positive control group, Haikunhuayu tablet HD control groups and TD control groups in Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is very significant differences (P<0.01),it compared with LD control groups is significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:This experiment through the glass i n j ect i on RPE successful induced the PVR an i ma I mode I. Haikunhuayu tablet can restrain the cell proliferation and the expression Levels of PCNA, TGF-β and bFGF of PVR rabit induced by RPE, then play the preventive PVR development of function.
