Rabdosia excise (Maxim.) Hara is mainly distributed in Northeast region ofChina,North Korea and far east region of Russia. The whole plant is mainly used fortreatment of detoxification and stomachic. The chemical constituents andpharmacological activity of its harea was extractly concerned. The paper was reportedthe chemical constituents of the aerial parts of R. excisa. Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of R. excisa. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel columnchromatography and their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopicanalysis.Results:22compounds isolated from the aerial parts of this plant were identifiedas:2ɑ,19-dihydroxyurs-12-ene-2,3-epoxy-28-oic acid (1), hyptadienic acid (2),2ɑ,3β,24-trihydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid (3), ursolic acid (4), tormentic acid(5),2ɑ-hydroxyursolic acid (6), euscaohic acid (7), crategolic acid (8), maslinicacid (9), camaldulenic acid (10), oleanic acid (11), dayecrystal A (12),acetylsventenic acid (13), sventenic acid (14), trichokaurin (15), maoyerabdosin(16), pedalitin (17), syringic acid (18), hexadecanioc acid (19), stigmasterol (20),β-sterol (21) and daucosterol (22).Conclusion:13compounds were found from R. excisa for the first time, exceptcompounds2、4、7、9、11、19、20、21and22.
