Objective：In this article, through clinical observation and summarize tutor theprofessor of Zhao Shuhua’ clinical experience in the treatment of alcoholic livercirrhosis for years, combining with the characteristics pathogenesis of alcoholicliver cirrhosis patients, of which belong to the Sertraline and blood stasis type ofalcoholic liver cirrhosis patient, for the treatment of Liver-Dredging andStasis-Dispersing method,and Comparison and analysis with the control groupconventional western medicine, proving the Liver-Dredging andStasis-Dispersing is effective prescriptions.meanwhile,through the observationresults also found that Chinese combined western medicine is superior to purewestern medicine in treatment of alcoholic liver cirrhosis.And according to thedisease characteristics and rules of alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients, combinedwith traditional Chinese medicine "syndrome differentiation" and "holistic"approach, advocated in the thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine not diseaseprevention first and the regimen concept of prevent disease, enhance people’shealth consciousness, enhancing survival and quality of life.Methods：I collected in September2011-September2013the china-japan unionhospital of jilin university outpatient and hospitalization of patients68cases,accords with inclusion criteria and diagnosis for patients with alcoholicliver cirrhosis.Choosing into the standard of68cases of patients, randomlydivided into two groups, each group of the34cases, their gender、age、course ofthe disease、 the total alcohol consumption and daily consumption were comparable (P>0.05).Control group to give protecting liver medicine (Reducedglutathione tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets), the treatment group in thecontrol group at the same time giving the basis for liver blood circulation on thebasis of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,3months for a period oftreatment.After treatment were observed before and after treatment of TCMsymptoms and signs of change;The serum biochemical indicators: ALT、AST、GGT、 ALP、 ALB、 TBIL、 TG、 MCV， changing before and after thetreatment;Liver fibrosis indexes: HA、LN、PC Ⅲ、Ⅳ C，changing before andafter the treatment;The abdomen colour to exceed detect the changing of tepaticportal venous diameter.Results：The signs of the treatment group and the control group in clinicalsymptoms were obviously improved, the treatment group improvedobviously;after treatment,The treatment group compared with control group theserum biochemical indicators (ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、ALB、TBIL、TG) havesignificant differences(p <0.05);Treatment group of liver fibrosis index decline isbetter than that of control group, there were significant differences (p <0.05);Nodifference between the hepatic vein exceeds width comparison before and aftertreatment (P>0.05);Two group total effective rate comparison, the treatmentgroup is better than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion：Liver-Dredging and Stasis-Dispersing method combined protectliver medicine for the patients alcoholic liver cirrhosis has better clinical curativeeffect, effectively improving the clinical symptoms, and reducing the serum biochemical indicators and resisting hepatic fibrosis, and less side effects, worthyof clinical promotion.
