| PURPOSE: Observation of the curative effect of continuous wavecompaction technique filling lateral canals.METHODS: Collect at the Stomatology Hospital of Jilin University in30cases of root canal treatment.30teeth, age18-60years old, male15cases,female15cases. No obvious fistula and apical development, after the no rootresorption and root fracture experiment. Method of use clinical routine openingdental pulp and forming cavity, then Pulp Extirpation, opening roof of pulpbefore using the rubber dam, then open roof of pulp chamber and flushing thepatients clear vision. The position and the number of exploration of root canalorfice. Use the10#C file in the small amplitude pulling dredge root canal,about1mm from the root apex to determine the working length with Root-ZXand X-ray. The use of EDTA and PROTAPER nickel titanium device combinedwith root canal enlargement to F2, root canal enlargement with0.9%saline and2.5%sodium hypochlorite cross root canal irrigation, after irrigation use of P5irrigation machine cleaning smear layer of root canal. Across the wet and dry,use of CP with cotton sealing root canal, and the use of CAVITON seal cavity.A week later, remove the CAVITON will master gutta-percha dipped in asmall layer root canal sealer, according to the working length slowly insertedinto the root canal, use of electric heat carrying machine removal about5mmfrom gutta-percha in the root apex, then with the use of thermoplastic gutta-percha injection instrument injection to the root canal, finally, using the verticalpressure device tight pressurized seal root canal. After root canal filling iscompleted, observe on X-ray root canal and lateral root canal filling effect. RESULT: In30cases root canal treatment, using continuous wave warmgutta-percha vertical filling technique all show good sealing effect on X-RAY.6cases can be found lateral root canals.CONCLUSIONS: Protaper nickel titanium device conducive totheformation of good continuation, Take effect on root canal irrigation and rootcanal irrigants selection on the lateral root canal, Continuous wave compactiontechnique filling for lateral canals showed good sealing performance. |
