Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Red And Blue Light Treatment Of Acne About Dampness Heat In Spleen And Stomach

Objective: Using the treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese medicine therapy andred and blue light in acne about dampness heat in spleen and stomach to evaluate itsefficacy, recurrence rate and adverse reactions comprehensively, analyse and investigateits advantage and therapeutic efficacy.Methods: The150patients with acne were randomly divided into3groups, group A had58cases, used Integrated Traditional Chinese medicine therapy and red and blue light;group B had56patients, used Integrated Traditional Chinese medicine therapy; group Chad36cases, used red and blue light therapy; group A was treatment group, group Band C were control groups, the course was eight weeks, we observed curative efficacyabout4weeks, two times in total.Then comparing lesion severity (GAGS score),thesyndrome score, quality of life (DLQI) and skin lesions’ photos before and after thetreatment of the the three groups’ cases, and also the clinical efficacy,syndromecurative efficacy and curative efficacy of the same type,and paying attention to theadverse reaction during the process of treatment and the recurrence rate of4weeks aftertreatment. Finallay,apply SPSS17.0software for data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Three groups’ GAGS, syndrome score, DLQI score had no statisticaldifference between groups(P>0.05) before treatment, compared after with beforetreatment, after treatment had significantly better score than that of before treatment (P<0.01).(2)Three groups’ disease curative efficacy had significant statistical difference(P<0.05) respectively after four and eight weeks,group A>group B>group C (3)Threegroups’ symptom curative efficacy had highly significant statistical difference (P<0.01)respectively after four and eight weeks,group A>group B>group C.(4)Compared thecurative and symptom curative efficacy’s difference of different types about threegroups’ cases respectively after four and eight weeks, type II all had efficacy, had nostatistical difference (P>0.05)among three groups; as for type III, its efficacy all hadsignificant statistical difference (P<0.05), group A> groupB>group C; as for type Ⅳ,its efficacy all had significant statistical difference (P<0.05), group A>group C>group B.(5)Three groups’ recurrence rate had significant statistical difference (P<0.05), groupA<group B<group C.[6]The cases of three groups’adverse reaction distribution had nostatistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The combination therapy treatment of acne about dampness heat in spleenand stomach had curative effect,a lower recurrence rate, and can improve thepatients’quality of life. Therefore this therapy is worthy of further promotion.
