| ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine mask on curing curing ulcer with dampness-heat accumulation.To investigate the effect of self-made Chinese herbal mask on improving the transepidermal water loss rate(TEWL)of acne with dampness and heat accumulation.Methods1.Control method:Will be incorporated into the standard type of 40 cases of damp and hot accumulate sheng acne patients,about to take their own contrast method,by a facial midline,set the subjects facial treatment group,left for the face on the right side as the control group,treatment group apply self-made traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,the control external placebo mask,two groups of basic medicine for oral d ester capsule and topical,west to the sour cream.2.Observation method:The observation course was 6 weeks.The changes of skin lesions and TEWL were observed and recorded at the initial treatment and 2W.4 W and 6 W after treatment,respectively.3.Statistical method:The statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the data of the experim-ental observation results,in which the change of curative effect was compared with the tota effective rate,and the change of TEWL was compared with the X~2test,with P<0.05 indicat-ing that there was significant difference.Results1.According to the statistical results of skin lesions;After 2W.4w.6w treatment of dampness and heat yunshengquanshu,the curative effect changes before and after comparison,it was found that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group compared with that of the 2W and 6w,while the total effective rate of the two groups was similar compared with that of the 6w and 4w without significant difference In experiment course of compared to the same period,the total effective rate of treatment group were higher than that of control group,in overall curative effect,both the longitudinal comparison and horizontal comparison,the total effective rate of treatment group were higher than the control group,showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group,and homemade type traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of damp and hot accumulate sheng acne medicine curative effect is superior to placebo mask.2.The statistical results of TEWL showed that the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after the 4W and 6W showed that the chi-square values of both the treatment group and the control group were 004*and P<005,representing a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group significantly improved TEWL while the chi-square values of the control group were all large P>005,there was no significant difference,indicating that the control group had no improvement effect on TEWL.In the experiment of self-observation and comparison of the same period,the chi-square value of the treatment group was 001*and 003*,indicating P<005,while the chi-square value of the control group was large,indicating P>0.05.The former had a significant difference while the latter had no significant difference,indicating that the self-made traditional Chinese medicine mask was superior to the placebo traditional Chinese medicine mask in improving TEWL of the dampness and heat accumulation syndrome.3.In this experiment,during the whole course of treatment of dampness-heat accumulation type sores with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,there were no discomfort reactions such as redness,cooking fever,pruritching,etc.Conclusion:1.Chinese medicine facial mask has a significant effect on dampness-heat sores and can significantly improve their facial lesions.2.The traditional Chinese medicine facial mask can significantly improve the transdermal water loss rate of dampness and heat accumulation sores.3.This clinical observation trial proved that the traditional Chinese medicine mask is safe and reliable,and can effectively shorten the treatment of moderate sores only reduce the burden of treatment. |
