The literature review found that sleep quality of Chinese college students is not optimistic, and there are few research about sleep quality combined with the study of sleep dysfunctional beliefs and rumination on college students.Studying about the interaction among sleep dysfunctional beliefs, rumination and sleep quality, establishing an interaction model of three is an important need for college students mental health research.In this study, We used college students as the research object, Analysis the characteristics and the relationship between sleep dysfunctional beliefs*rumination and sleep quality by revised sleep dysfunctional beliefs and attitudes scale, rumination scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index. The results are as following:(1)The revised college students sleep beliefs and attitude questionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be used as an effective measurement tool for measuring the beliefs and attitudes of college students sleep.(2) There existed significant grade differences in students’sleep dysfunctional beliefs, and there were significant gender differences in the dimension of sleep exception.(3) Rumination show significant differences in different professional categories and parents’education styles, The medical profession students’level of rumination tendency is lowest, and students educated by democratic parents are significantly lower man those educated by parents with autocratic.(4) the sleep quality of college students is not optimistic.(5) there is significant correlations in sleep dysfunctional beliefs, rumination and sleep quality each other.(6) Sleep dysfunctional beliefs can have a direct effect on the quality of sleep, can also affect the quality of sleep through the intermediary role of rumination. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | college students, sleep dysfunctional beliefs, rumination, sleep quality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
