| Electric power production plays an important role in economic construction and people’s life,and safety accidents happen frequently in the process of electric power production.We should pay attention to the safety in the process of production and operation of power supply enterprises and strengthen the safety management of power supply enterprises.In order to improve the safety awareness of enterprise employees,standardize safety management,clarify specific safety measures,and establish and improve the integrity of the power supply enterprise,the system of safety risk investigation standards,etc.,Based on the principle and method of accident cause theory,fault type and impact analysis(FMEA),work hazard analysis(JHA),hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)and energy source analysis(ESA),this paper carries out systematic,comprehensive and effective hazard source identification for the equipment and facilities,maintenance operations,materials,media and site environment of power supply enterprises.Based on the formed identification results of equipment and facilities,maintenance operations,materials,media and hazard sources of the site environment,the development of the system’s safety hazard investigation standards,the use of risk assessment method to improve the safety hazard investigation standards,based on the entropy weight method of equipment and facilities suggested investigation frequency is graded,the use of fuzzy mathematics method to determine the level of hidden danger treatment requirements.The LEC method is used to determine the level of risks and establish a systematic and comprehensive knowledge base for security risks investigation.The introduction of information system,construction of intelligent security hidden danger investigation and management information system,further implementation and strengthening of security hidden danger management,improve the power supply enterprise security hidden danger investigation and management level.Strictly regulate the process of power supply enterprise security risk investigation,improve management efficiency and enterprise security risk control level. |
