| Objective:To compare ultrasonic elastography with X-Ray Mammography of benignand malignant breast tumor for diagnosis. To evaluate the value of the ultrasonic elastography indifferential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor.Metnods:85patients with100breast tumors were analysised retrospectively by X-RayMammography and ultrasonic elastography. The position boundary, If there is a halo ringsaround internal echo and blood supply within the tumors, quality of a material were observed. To evaluate the ultrasound elasticity imaging and pathological changes of X-ray mammographytechnique to the display of the ability. All the tumors were scored respectively according toultrasonic the standard of ultrasonic elastography, then were correlated with the results ofultrasound-guided biopsy or postoperative pathology. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracyof the the ultrasonic elastography and X-Ray Mammography in diagnosis of benign andmalignancy breast tumor were calculated. Chi-square test was applied to elasticity imagingtechnology classification and X-ray mammography in benign and malignant breast tumors。Results:80patients with pathologic results of100cases of breast lesions:Benign tumors47,53cases malignant tumor, The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of X-RayMammography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor were77.36%,76.60%,77.00%. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of ultrasound elasticity imagingdifferential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast bumpwere92.45%,91.49%,92.00%. Thesensitivity, specificity, accuracy of ultrasonic elastography sensitivity were higher than X-RayMammography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor. Differences hadobvious statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the X-Ray Mammography, the ultrasonic elastographycan provide more comprehensive, more abundant diagnostic information for clinicians, cansignificantly increase the detectable rate of lesion area, and are helpful to the differentialdiagnosis of the benign and malignant breast tumor. In a word, ultrasonic elastography hasimportant clinical value in identifying the property among the breast tumors. |
