Purpose：1. Summarize Chief Physician Li Xinhong’s experience which takes the BaiBi mixture as the basis prescription and treating dialectical of the psoriasisvulgaris; provide ideas for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients, improvesymptoms, prevent recurrence and improve the patients life quality.2.Discuss the mechanism of action of Bai Bi mixture to epidermal growth,differentiation and cell proliferation according to the Bai Bi mixture impacton cAMP, cGMP, cAMP/cGMP volume in serum from guinea pigs psoriasis model throughanimal test.Provide the theoretical basis and clinical basis to Chinese medicinetreatment of PsoriasisMethods：1. Attend the tutor’s lecture and visit patients; discuss the disease theoryand clinical knowledge with tutor; summarize the tutor’s clinical experienceand medication methods.2. Animal test: Put the5%propranolol induced psoriasis guinea pig modelas test research objects and group them into7groups as the following: blankcontrast group, model group, Awei A group, Xiaoyin particles group, Bai Bimixture high doses group, Bai Bi mixture media doses group, Bai Bi mixture lowdoses group. Gavage in the same feeding conditions. Do not impose anyinterfering factors to the blank contrast group; gavage equal amount of normalsaline to the model group; gavage the doses in accordance with the proportionof people and the guinea pig body surface area to the each Bai Bi mixture group.Gavage people and mice equivalent dose in masculine contrast group. Four weeksafter the continuous medicine, detect the serum cAMP, cGMP concentration levelsfrom each group by ELISA; calculate the cAMP and cGMP ratio. Results：1. The tutor believes psoriasis vulgaris Chinese medicine dialectical takesblood as root, blood heat priority, blood heat is the internal factor and alsois the main cause of disease. This is idea based on the inherit of physiciansknowledge and her clinical experience. Animal test:(1) cAMP volume measuring: Compared with the blank group,the other groups cAMP volume significantly decreased (p<0.01);Compare withmodel group,Bai Bi mixture each group and positive drug control group, cAMPvolume significantly increased(p<0.01); Awei A group and Bai Bi mixture eachdose group are statistically significant(p<0.05); Xiaoyin particles group andBai Bi mixture high dose group are statistically significant(p<0.05);(2) cGMPvolume measuring: Compared with blank group, the other groups significantlyincreased (p<0.01); compared with model group, Bai Bi mixture each dose groupand positive drug control group significantly decreased (p<0.01);Awei A groupand Bai Bi mixture each dose group are statisticallysignificant(p<0.01); Xiaoyin particles group and Bai Bi mixture high dose groupare statistically significant(p<0.05).(3) cAMP/cAMP ratio:Compared with blankgroup, cAMP/cAMP ratio of the other groups significantly decreased (p<0.01);compared with model group, Bai Bi mixture each dose group and positive drugcontrol group increased (p<0.01); Awei A group and Bai Bi mixture each dosegroup are statistically significant(p<0.01); Xiaoyin particles group and Bai Bi mixture high dose group are statistically significant(p＞0.05).Conclusion：1. The tutor takes the Bai Bi mixture as the basis prescription and treatsdialectical of the psoriasis vulgaris patients, and forms a systematic idea.There is Clinical guidance value.2. Bai Bi mixture can increase the cAMP volume and decrease the cGMP volumeand adjust the cAMP/cGMP ratio in the serum of the guinea pig Psoriasis model,but the effect is weaker than Awei A,better than Xiaoyin particles.
