The Efficacy Of IL-10, TNF-α Affect Research And Artemisia Scutellaria Maxingshigan Soup Children Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection

Purpose Observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medication and discuss the mechanism through the comparison of the treatment of decoction of TCM’haoqinmaxingshigantang’and Azythromycin for bronchitis and mild pneumonia of Wind-heat Fanfei syndrome and phlegm-heat Yongfei syndrome caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection.Methods This study collects in the Eastern Hospital of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine University93cases of children with pediatric outpatient and inpatient treatment.44cases of children meets the inclusion criteria using a random number table divided into a treatment group and a control group, including the treatment group of23patients and the control group of21cases. Control group mainly to Azithromycin and symptomatic treatment; treatment group to decoction of TCM’haoqinmaxingshigantang’. Observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medication, through the comparison of two groups of main indicators (lung auscultation, cough, sputum indicates, fever, chest radiograph), secondary index (spirit, complexion, appetite, nausea or vomit, thirst, stool), laboratory indexes and curative effect evaluation before and after the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Discuss the effect of Chinese traditional medicine, which is based on affecting the changes of cytokines expression in IL-10and TNF-α or not, by determination of two groups of patients before and after treatment levels of IL-10and TNF-α in serum.Results After treatment between the two groups, there is no statistics difference in the disease classification, clinical classification and curative effect evaluation. there are statistics differences in the total score, cough, sputum, primary symptom integral, appetite, stool and secondary symptom integral; there is no statistics difference in lung auscultation, fever, chest radiograph, spirit, complexion, thirst. Before and after treatment;there is no statistics difference in the treatment group, in laboratory examination indexes,IL-10, TNF-a and IL-10/TNF-α。Before and after treatment, there are statistics differences in IL-10in the control group, but there is no statistics difference in TNF-α and IL-10/TNF-α.Conclusions Compared with the treatment of Azythromycin,the decoction of TCM’haoqinmaxingshigantang’has no obvious advantage of general curative effect (such as the disease classification, clinical classification and curative effect evaluation).There are obvious advantages in symptom improvement (primary symptom, such as cough, sputum, secondary symptom, such as appetite,stool) for bronchitis and mild pneumonia of Wind-heat Fanfei syndrome and phlegm-heat Yongfei syndrome caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection. The protocol is effective, safe, and no obvious adverse reactions. The treatment of the decoction of TCM’haoqinmaxingshigantang’ for bronchitis and mild pneumonia of Wind-heat Fanfei syndrome and phlegm-heat Yongfei syndrome caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection, has a curative effect, which is worth moderate promotion.
