The strength training is an extremely important process in the whole training. A lot of new training methods showing and used in the training filed. This is not only makes the training ways and methods much richer, but also improve athletes’interests, make the training more effective and efficient. However, owning to the limited in time and space,we do not know them completely, so we need to explore further, change the traditional training methods, perfect the new training means. Make the training betterThis article, on the basics of literature search, interviews as well as questionnaire survey, conducting an experimental study about the sequence of core strength training(CST) and traditional strength training(TST) in strength training classes,. Using two different training programs and draw conclusions after12weeks’training:(1) every kind of strength of CST and TST is improved with the two different training programs.(2) With the first program, conducting CST before TST, the training effect of full squat, dead lift, core strength and core power is better; With the second program, putting CST behind TST, the core stamina’s training effect is better; There is no significant difference to the improvement of bench press as well as core stability with the two different training programs.
