A Research On Present Situation And Development Strategy Of Elementary Education Informatization In Jilin Province During Eleventh Five-Year Period

The development of technology has beyond our exception since the human societyentered into twenty-one century. After the first and second industry revolution, wehave been pushed into technology revolution by the wheel of history. The informationtechnologies which mainly consist of network technology and multimedia technologyare changing the way of human’s production and life. Among these, education alsoinevitably becomes the main target of the information revolution. The educationalinformatization issue has caused widespread concern around the world. Elementaryeducation is the first phase that children come into contact with education. It willaffect the development of student in their future education procedure. The elementaryeducation is the phase which cannot be ignore in the discussion of educationalinformatization.This article focuses on the issue of informatization in elementary education phaseand it can be divided into six parts. The first part briefly introduces the research issue,including the connotation, present situation, purpose and method. The second, thirdand fourth part review and summary the information equipment, the informationinstructional resources and the teacher training achievement and problem ofelementary education informatization during eleventh five-year period in Jilinprovince by analyzing data. The fifth part mainly discusses the development strategyof elementary education informatization during twelfth five-year period in Jilinprovince. The last part summarizes the weakness of this research and puts forwardsome hypotheses about the educational informatization in our country.
