The compulsory education of migrant children is a hot social issue, which appearsalong with the rapid development of our country society and economy and relates to theeconomic development, the construction of harmonious society, education reform andthe improvement of our comprehensive national strength. In recent years, the centraland local governments continuously issued a large number of regulations, policies andlaws to solve the problem of structural imbalance, the lack of funds and the shortage ofthe education supply in the compulsory education of migrant children. And theseproblems embody the non-equalization of compulsory education public products supplybetween migrant children and urban children. However, new situation and trouble showthe problem of compulsory education for migrant children is not only an educationbudget problem, which needs the collaboration from government and all social partiesto establish a whole system and a system engineer.
