Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Management System For Laboratories About Some Vocational College

The old managing mode of some college can’t adapt the requirement of laboratory. Judging by investigation, it doesn’t content the demand to the product of Lab management system on market, too. We design a set of Lab management system according to the specific actual situation and the comprehensive consideration of various factors in our college. The system can raise the level of management, improve efficiency of the lab, bring about paperless office and enhance security of lab.This thesis analyzes the situation of product of Lab management system and resource of development. The system uses non-contact IC card, intelligent control system, sensor technology, electronic information technology, VB programming and technology of database.The system include a total system and some subsystems。And the lower machine and upper computer form the subsystem.The lower machine (MCU) controls the sensor to test the personnel flow of laboratory, the relay that connects to the original monitoring system of laboratory in order to protect the equipment and can remind whether cutting off the main switch of power.The upper computer performs the functions, such as, implementing the communication of the machine and the card reader each other, processing data including data of management, students’ information, data of laboratory records, data of instrument and experiment teaching through VB programming and database technology. In addition, the students’ information contains photos to prevent the cheat. And it transforms the form of sheet through VB programming and Excel soft.This system integrates the entrance guard system and information processing, creatively solves the problem that many teachers use a same laboratory in the same semester. Going through the test for a semester, this system can fulfill the requirement of laboratory.
