With the development of society and people’s growing knowledge of education, the social status and influence of education have been gradually accepted, and become a significant symbol of comprehensive national power development. Nevertheless. education receives questions and criticisms from all circles of society never stop and even arisen all over China, for the reason that it oppresses the human nature. No matter the ancient imperial civil service exams, so called "knowledge of noble" or "official-based career", it is endued with more social functions intentionally or unintentionally. It seems that education is the culprit for people off-track or their nature lost. The root cause for this misunderstand is the alienation of itself, that is, under the deeply influence of many different factors, it has been deviated from the pursuit of true essence and rules of moral education, and reversed ends and means.Education alienation is an inevitable phenomenon of not only historical development process, but also social development at different stages. Under certain historical and social conditions to seek for dispelling it. it is only a stage work and limited one. Throughout the education development history, we can see its unique stage features in different periods. In the primary stage, education alienation mainly reflects in the fights for the rights of education. Concern of education is mainly embodies in the great efforts of expanding the scope. In the developing stage, it mainly reflects in competition for education opportunities. And the concern is continuous investment for education resources. And at the present stage, it mainly reflects in the competition for high-quality education resources. And to make sure the justice and equity of education resources allocation is the basic solution to dispel the alienation. Therefore, the present major task is to coordinate all educational interests relationships and to weaken the external power of the alienation by restrict the internal education power and interests. Generally speaking, that is to respect and follow the interior rules of education, to insist on teaching and governing in accordance with the law. Furthermore, we should select, screen and absorb cautiously the suitable and excellent heritage of foreign education theories on the basis of our theoretical education introspection to meet the situation of our country’s education to carry forward and develop ours creatively and contemporarily, so that we can weaken the internal power of education alienation. As long as we fmd out the crucial reason of education alienation and change with accurate target, education will realize men’s liberation and its nature, and full development gradually.
