China social transformation into the accelerated phase, industrialized, city economy, large-scale population flow to,"family migration" let many children into the city. According to previous studies, migrant children into the city will face a city school adjustment problems, if children can’t adapt to the city environmental education in school, then it is likely to face further education process cannot enter the teaching resources are relatively good junior high school, is also facing or drop out, if the floating children prematurely into society, it more prone to lead to various social problems. Therefore, social workers involved migrant children school adaptation problems, explore the use of professional and effective intervention strategies to enable them to have the vital practical significance to better integrate and adapt to life in the city.This paper research combining literature research, case research on two methods to practice, a researcher and social work status, choose an adaptation problems in academic aspects of migrant children, according to the system theory, narrative theory, interactive theory as the guide, using the case method, in view of its academic adaptation problems, separately from the system perspective, narrative perspective, from the perspective of the interaction between the academic adaptability analysis and research problems, causes of problems and tactics of intervention, case studies of work flow, Tong Xueye to the feasible and effective intervention strategies.The conclusions are as following:First, the system theory is that migrant children school adaptation the causes of the problem is the obstacle interaction between system and environment of migrant children, a specific problem solving strategy is through the various life system in concrete life situation thorough analysis of the problem, to make full use of the system resources and capabilities, improve the interaction between the system of migrant children each, in strengthening the support relationship with others society, improve their ability to cope with life’s challenges, so as to solve their own problems in school adaptation.Second, the narrative theory believes that migrant children school adaptation the causes of the problem is the floating children to form according to their position in the social structure of the plastic self cognition and the meaning of life, and the composition of the cognition and the meaning of life stories and dominant culture produce inconsistent and contradictory, and cause the problem of migrant children’s adaptation to the psychological, the final effect the academic adaptation. The specific case solving strategy is based on the ability of analyzing problems and life stories in the outside, to the floating children participate in the specific active meaning to his life story, reconstruction, thus giving the control of life a certain degree of feeling, make its actively into the school. Third, the theory that migrant children school adaptation of two-way interaction between the causes of the problem is the difference and conflict between migrant children cannot deal with well and around them, leading to dysregulation of interpersonal relationship, which leads to the difficulty in adapting to school. The intervention strategy is to guide and promote the diversity of life of migrant children, understand the differences and conflicts, and promote the flow around the children and other positive communication and exchanges, maintain the balance development relationship, to encourage their own requirements and practice.
