| The real estate industry is an important part of the national economy, as it isdeveloping rapidly, a few problems,in which the old sale management mode is one ofthe main problems has been appeared. The sale management,using a real estate salemanagement system can significantly improve the sale staff’s working efficiency, thusimprove management level.This article through to the domestic real estate sale management present situationand the future research on the development situation, combined with the demand ofthe Real Estate Company, discussed real estate sale management system design andimplementation process. First it introduced the system design thought and thedevelopment environment, and emphatically introduced the related MIS system ofbasic theory and the main techniques of the system implementation. Then the systemfeasibility analysis was carried on, the real estate development, software and hardware,operation, technical aspects, economic aspects were analyzed.Then it analyzed thefunction need and the performance need of the system.On the basis of analysis of thedata process in the system, the system realization process was introduced, includingthe establishment and configuration of database, establishment of all the data tableand setting the primary key and foreign key etc. Then the system function and severalmain function modules design and implementation process were introduced in detail,including the interface design and the code realization. Finally, this paper simplyintroduced debugging,testing,operation maintenance of the system.This system basically meets the practical requirements of real estate salemanagement,It has friendly interface, is convenient for inputting information, andcomprehensive for querying. But some aspects of the design are not detailed enough,some consideration are not thoughtful,these needs further improvement. |
