Design And Implementation Of The Building-sale Management System Of China Railway Erju Real Estate Group

Since the establishment of China Railway ERJU Real estate Group(CRERG) in 2008,with the rapid development and scale expansion of real estate business of it, the data volume related to real estate has increased greatly, and the building-sale management has become more and more complex and heavy. Facing the complicated and large amount of information as well as the the increasingly serious management problems such as the difficult daily sale-monitoring, the high labor costs, the low work efficiency and so on, the traditional building-sale management mode has been unable to cope with them. Therefore, it has been imperative to establish a building-sale management system which is suitable for the characteristics of CRERG through the using of modern information technology. The applying of the building-sale management system can realize the uniform management of information and the standardized management of daily business of real estate, thus it can reduce work load and improve the management level of CRERG eventually.Based on the actual business requirements analysis of building-sale management of CRERG, combining with the scientific management mode, this thesis accomplishes the design and implementation of the building-sale management system of CRERG. The chief contents are as follows:1. The study of the data sharing of enterprise.By using the building-sale management system, the employees from different departments can access the real-time market information related to building-sale, including the building information, the customer information and the sales information and so on. Through the real-time data sharing, this system can avoid information delaying as well as information error and negligence among different departments effectively, thus it can improve the work efficiency of building-sale work, and provide basic information support for the decision-making of enterprise.2. The study of promoting the management level of building-sale management.Through the applying the building-sale management system, the privileges and responsibilities of building-sale employees can be fixed to the maximum. Thus, through the overall management of the kinds of building-sale information, and recording the work content of employees in real time, this system can realize the real-time supervision for the actual situation of building-sale as well as the work quality of employees. Eventually, it can enhance the overall management level of building-sale work.3. The study of the implementation of the building-sale management system of China Railway ERJU Real estate Group Based on B/S.In order to make this system always available for all the users at any time and any place, and to achieve the real-time collaboration on business, this thesis desides to apply B/S mode to realize this system. As to the system architecture, this thesis decides to adopt a relatively mature architecture: the ASP.NET MVC architecture. In the aspect of implementation technology, this thesis decides to adopt the C# programming language under.NET and SQL SERVER database.
