| The paper takes design and application of automatic control system, which belongs to petrochina international reserve north engineering, as the research object. The paper discusses the background, significance, the present situation and the development tendency of automatic control system applied in the large crude oil reservoir. This paper clears construction principle and overall goal of automatic control system, which achieves the automatic control level and functionality. For process and surface characteristics of large crude oil reservoir, the paper determined overall scheme.Then the paper elaborates the type selection, installation, wiring scheme of field instrumentation and control system, which is applied in petrochina international reserve north engineering.The paper puts forward that smart fieldbus type radar level gauge, which is installated in guided wave tube, is proposed to use in liquid level measurement of external floating roof tank. For crude oil, whose condensation point and viscosity is very hig, the use of radar antenna with larger diameter guided wave pipe can solve crudi oil in guided wave tube junction cover and hanging wall to the most extent. The paper studies design and application of valve field bus control system, through a pair of twisted-pair cables bus electric valve connnected in a ring ensures two-way transmission signal and improves the reliability of signal transmission. The paper proposes the tank fire detection scheme,which three frequency infrared flame detector and fiber bragg grating fire detector is combined. The paper determines the storage and transportation control system scheme, which process control system and safety instrument system is set independently. The paper determines fire control system scheme that PLC is combined with fire alarm controller, to achieve fire alarm and fire interlock control automaticly. Automatic control system sets up a reliable security shutoff and fire start control logic. |
