An Automatic Control System Based On PLC For Oilfield Heating Furnaces

Oilfield heating furnace has an important application in the production of oil and gas fields,which is a necessary equipment for the production of well products.In this paper,a control system of oilfield heating furnace is designed,and the temperature of the heating medium is automatically controlled by it.The comparison shows that the temperature control accuracy of the heating furnace is high,and the response speed is fast.It can be automatically controlled and adjusted,and it can well meet the heating control requirements of the oilfield.In this paper,by analyzing the technological requirements and characteristics of heating furnace firstly,and referring to past design experience,we choose the integral separated PID pulse control mode of oil heating furnace.The characteristics of this control mode are analyzed,and it is found that it can effectively improve the response speed of the system,reduce the overshoot of the system,and improve the accuracy of temperature control.According to the technical requirements of the related system and the hardware selection principle of programmable logic controller(PLC),designs the overall structure and the hardware and software parts of the PLC control system which is suitable for system characteristics of the heating furnace system.The whole system can be divided into furnace temperature control loop,furnace pressure control loop,combustion automatic reversing loop,safety alarm chain loop and data access query module according to the function.The main work includes the design of I/O distribution and control program block diagram in combination with specific work requirements.The program design of the lower machine is carried out by STEP7 software,and the visual interface of the man-machine interface is developed by using Win CC configuration software to monitor the operation of the control system of the oil field heating furnace.The practice proves that the system has the characteristics of friendly human-computer interface,easy operation,safe and reliable operation,strong anti-interference ability,high degree of automation,and easy to upgrade and expand.It has some advanced and practical features.
