Study On The Effect Of The 6000 Air Separation Plant’s Technical Renovation In DPC

Air separation plant is a set of systematic industrial equipment, which produces oxygen, nitrogen, argon gas and others from air separation process. Air separation devices are widely used in industrial production activities such as petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, the iron and steel industry, et al. And play a very important role in industry production. Because of the Daqing petrochemical company 1.2 million tons/year ethylene project, the demand for nitrogen gas is increased. According to the nitrogen supply and demand,the company decided to renovate technically the 6000 air separation plant in DPC, Expanding the production capacity of oxygen to 6000 Nm3 / h and nitrogen to 20000 Nm3 / h.First, the paper introduces the technology and the development of the air separation industry.Second, the paper introduces the general situation of the 6000 air separation plant before technical renovation,such as process principle, process flow, material balance, product specification, and energy consumption index.Third, the paper analyzes the design and implementation of the project, including the necessity of modification, the determination of the overall solution, detailed design scheme, the design work plan of project, the overall arrangements for the construction project, the difficulty and key in construction organization.Last, the paper evaluates the effect after the project implementation,from the aspects of function, technology and energy consumption. And come to the conclusions: 1.The actual performance of the unit meets the design performance. 2. The unit’s ability to supply enhance significantly. 3.
