| The technical transformation project of "double happiness" brand special production line of guangxi china tobacco is researched in this paper.The information research,checklist method,flow chart method,brainstorming method and scenario analysis method are used to identify,classify,conclude the potential risk factors for this project.Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are also used.The general risk management theory is bound up with the actual situation of technological renovation projects for seeking the common risk management rule of technical transformation projects,exploring the efficient,reasonable theory of risk aversion.and method.The level indicators of political risk,market risk,technology risk,construction risk,environmental risk and 22 projects of the secondary indicators are identified.The level of project comprehensive evaluation for "medium risk"was calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and it is concluded nine indexes with high risk degree that the level indicators of construction risk,technology risk and risk management,as well as the secondary indicators of security risk,quality risk,schedule risk,design risks,risks of human resources,procurement risk.Some specific solution measures are given with risk mitigation,and avoid,transfer to accept system. |
