Due to a large number of water injection areas and the complex geological situation in Ciyutuo Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield, there is lack of instant and reliable dynamic analysis method for the water injection surface pipeline network system at present. It is definitely meaningful to study the optimization method of operation parameters of oilfield water injection surface pipeline network system for dynamic tracking, efficient operation,energy saving and consumption reducing of the water injection surface pipeline network system of Ciyutuo Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield.In this paper, according to the law of conservation of matter and the theory of fluid dynamics, on the basis of perfecting the mathematical models of calculation of the operation parameters of oilfield water injection surface pipeline network system, making the unit consumption of oilfield water injection surface pipeline network system as the object function and taking the designed production parameters as the constraint conditions, the mathematical models of optimization of the operation parameters of oilfield water injection surface pipeline network system were established, and the relevant numerical calculation method was given.Besides, according to the mathematical models and the numerical calculation method mentioned above, by using Visual Basic 6.0 and Excel date base, the program “optimization of operation parameters of the water injection surface pipeline network system of Ciyutuo Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield” was programmed, which was applied to conduct the numerical calculation and the analysis of the wellhead pressure, the flow rate, the flow velocity and the pressure drop of the network pipelines, the operational behavior of the water injection pumps, the efficiency and the unit consumption of water injection surface pipeline network system, and the optimal displacement of the water injection pumps of the water injection stations were obtained. The study results can provide reliable theoretical and technological support for energy saving and consumption reducing of the water injection surface pipeline network system of Ciyutuo Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield.
