Library cloud parametric pipeline information model for the construction of a Ministry of chemical industry standard. At present, the design industry a field from 3D design alternative two-dimensional design epoch-making revolution is like a raging fire, and the 3D design of key 2D design is accurate and efficient information and modeling, the establishment of the Ministry of chemical industry standard piping components information model number according to the chemical pipe model library can provide standard, greatly improve the chemical projects design of three dimensional design efficiency, information model also can be used for material accounting, cost accounting, accounting to provide a solid foundation to achieve weight estimation and cost fast.The work mainly includes Sketchup two development and model library interface,parameters of the Ministry of chemical industry standard information model database construction and the cloud server set up, development and maintenance of three parts, as follows:1) two Sketchup development model and library interface, main part is the Sketchup MEP plugin, the main function for the model library calls in the Sketchup tool, the dynamic model of the interface, and rapid modeling, fast material statistics, cost statistics.2) parameters of the Ministry of chemical industry standard information model database construction, adding pipe model including the standard of Ministry of chemical industry the creation and related information.3) the cloud server set up, development and maintenance, including server setup,information development and server model server software upgrade, add, update and maintenance.Para xylene(PX) is a kind of important organic chemical raw materials, according to statistics calculation knowable, the next few years the world’s new paraxylene capacity 96%in Asia, the tight China new capacity accounted for 40% of new capacity, the other 46% were distributed in the Middle East capacity, Japan, Taiwan, India and other countries. In China in the last ten years of the p-xylene production capacity and output of rapid growth, but theamount of demand also more and more big, although our country p-xylene self-sufficiency rate rising in recent years, but the market demand gap is still very obvious.
