Hot_rolled strip is an important and indispensable steel products in iron and steel industry, With the development of economy , put forward high request to quality of product its, accelerate the constant innovations of the production technology and control technology too.This paper Studys mathematics model set up and from the self_study method combined the project to control the system optimization project of hot-rolled board factory of Kunming Steel Group.In KISCO,1725mm production line adopts advanced technology, Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill is a new type strip mill, it had been improved and invented based on Single-Stand Hot Reversing Mill, and it has both characteristics of Single-Stand Hot Reversing Mill and Hot Tandem Mill. Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill is a reversing mill, two stand roll can realize roughing phase and finishing phase, large-scale rolling force, good shape. By testing rolling process and control system of Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill, it is an advanced mill.Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill is very complex as a auto control object, and rolling process is automatic procedure, the architecture of control system base on hierarchical control structure. In point of hierarchical control structure, control system of Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill has three layer: Leve1-0 is composed of sensor and control device, they has been formed control network; Level-1 is composed of Mill APC and Laminar/Coiler APC; Level-2 is composed of ALPHA Computers which be used in model calculating. Furthermore, control system of Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill is classical mix system, there are four different computer system in control LAN: APC system; MMI system; Net Server based on Windows 2000 Server; ALPHA computer.Control system is based on Mathematics models in the Two-Stand Hot Reversing Mill, its important characteristic is carrying on parameter predict , and describe the change of the parameter. Because of elastic deformation of roll, roll wears, temperature change and so on in rolling process; plate parameters are difficult to be controlled,all parameters cann't be set at one time. Therefore it needs revising parameters constantly according to actual production technology in practice, to guarantee to control demanding, this paper includes the following content mainly:1. Study the development of the hotrolled craft, combined elder brother pairs of framework stove rolls of rolling mill of steel explain stove rolls of development and prospect of rolling mill in detail.2. Study hot-rolled development and software and hardware of control system of elder brother steel group hot-rolled pairs of framework stove rolls3. Study main mathematics model in being systematic and recommend mathematics model set up and from the self_study method.4.Detailed to study mathematics flow stress model principle deep, flow stress model set up and from the theoretical foundation of study. Proceed with procedure language FORTRAN , has analysed and realized the actual frame of the mathematics model of the flow stress and analysed about the key code, offer a model for grasping the whole system in an all-round way. And offer a helpful reference to other control systems.
