| Under the background of rapid economic development, the development momentum of industrial parks across the country logistics service demand continues to grow rapidly. On the one hand, the rapid development of industry exert a subtle influence on people’s way of life, on the other hand, due to the large number of energy consumption on the environment pollution can not be ignored. In urgent need of energy saving and emission reduction, we need to reduce the energy consumption of the effects of pollution on the environment. Logistics services mainly to produce high energy consumption carbon emissions of oil resources, along with the continuous development of economy, Urumqi Industrial Park logistics energy consumption increased year by year, with high carbon emissions caused by environmental pollution problems, the park is more serious. Therefore, to study the influencing factors it is necessary for us to develop low carbon Industrial Park logistics services, to ensure that reduce the negative effects of high carbon emissions while promoting economic development.In this paper, relying on the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region clean resources project in Urumqi Industrial Park, the development of low carbon logistics service as the research object, because of high carbon emissions caused by the analysis of the park logistics activities, to extract the influence factors of low carbon development of the City Industrial Park, using analytic hierarchy process to analyze and judge the importance of all the influential factors. Building the carbon emissions estimation method for logistics service in the park, Taking Urumqi Industrial Park as an example, finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of industrial parks in Urumqi city low carbon logistics service.The main contents of this paper include:Firstly, causal analysis, logistics services for high carbon emissions during the existence of the industrial park in Urumqi were analyzed and summarized, using questionnaires way factor industrial park logistics services derived carbon development impact.Secondly, to build industrial park of carbon emissions estimation method using hierarchical analysis method for logistics service influence factors, through the quantitative analysis of the key factors that influence the Industrial Park logistics service of high carbon emissions.Finally, the construction of Industrial Park of carbon emissions estimation method, estimate and forecast of the City Industrial Park in 2000— 2019 logistics service carbon emissions, the development trend of the future. And put forward suggestions on low carbon development of Urumqi City Industrial park. |
