In this paper,combined with the situation of Titanium sponge production and broken of Chaoyang Jinda Titanium Co.Ltd.Comprehensive research results of domestic and international scholars about sponge titanium compression and shear fracture stress at present stage,design crushing experiments and Deform-2D finite element simulation to study crushing process of titanium sponge.Firstly,combined with super depth of field,SEM,metallographic microscope and other advanced technology to observe the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of titanium sponge,Prepare compress test specimen,Compress test and then parsing the compression deformation process and mechanical properties,then build relationship between compressive strength and compressive of elasticity at different temperatures.Finally,build the compression constitutive relation and shear fracture finite element analysis basis of sponge titanium.Secondly,Based on the scholars broken theory research design shear breakage force experiment of titanium sponge with Three-way force sensor,Lab View for shear stress data,the infrared thermal imager for broken temperature and MATLAB for data processing,the come up to The following conclusions:within the scope of the experiment the X,Y,Z three shear force increase with amount of shear,when the amount of shear is 10 mm and the speed is 36 r/min,the max stress of Z direction is 6789.8 N and the resultant force is 7320.3 N.The higher the speed,the higher the shear fracture temperature,wile the amount of shear is 8mm and the speed is 56 r/min,the broken highest temperature is 188?.Analysis the impact of Cutting tool rake Angle on crushing force between 1#and 2#blade.Finally,analysis the shearing fracture strain and one-way maxilmum stress by the finite element software Deform-2D combined with the force of Z direction by experiment,verified the shear stress increases with amount of shear,while change at small scope with speed.Lay the foundation for the establishment of the final titanium sponge crushing process.
