Aluminum electrolysis in industrial production is energy intensive, with the high-speed development of aluminum electrolytic capacity, Current strength, has higher requirement on the stability of aluminium electrolytic cell. On the other hand, aluminium electrolytic process is a nonlinear, coupling, time-varying and large delay system of industrial process, in the process of operation, its own internal complex physical and chemical change, all kinds of the interference of outside conditions and determine the cell parameters and variables in the process of running the uncertainty and continuous, not artificial hard to testing and regulation of groove conditions in a timely manner. So gather the current data when aluminum electrolytic cell repair, study the current motion model, is of great significance to improve the continuity and stability of aluminium electrolytic production.In this paper, at the time of aluminium electrolytic cell maintenance bus-bar current as the research object, take DSP + FPGA as the processing core to design current collection system, realized the aluminum electrolytic cell current high-speed real-time synchronous acquisition of data, then according to the collected overhaul slots across slot bus-bar current of current, short circuit, pillar and downstream channel columns bus-bar current, using multi-variable least squares and support vector machine(SVM) method as the model study on the interaction relationship between current and get the corresponding algebraic equation, compare the model fitting output. Model analysis results show that the aluminum electrolytic cell repair when the short circuit of bus-bar current, pillar bus-bar current and cross slot bus-bar current changes will cause the downstream tank columns bus-bar current changes, especially the change of cross slot bus on-off process had the greatest influence on downstream slot pillar of bus-bar current, so the selection across slot bus as the input variables to establish the downstream tank columns bus-bar current motion model is more accurate and effective, be able to guide the operation of the aluminium electrolytic overhaul basis.
