Aluminum reduction cell is the most important production equipment in the electrolytic aluminum industry, and it is a special equipment with high energy consumption. The stable and efficient of its operation is directly related to the normal production, the economic index and the life of the aluminum. Today, the electrolytic aluminum industry is committed to make the electrolytic trough toward the high current development. High current electrolyzer can increase productivity and bring considerable economic benefits, but the electrolysis temperature will become high, resulting in the tank temperature is increased. The temperature of the aluminum electrolyzer is raised an important issue is to bring the ledge will become more and more thin.Slot to help as an important part of the process of aluminum electrolytic production in electro bath hearth type. The formation of the quality level of current efficiency has an important influence, and groove for regular can effectively prevent the occurrence of "sink" dangerous phenomenon. Therefore, through the real-time acquisition of aluminum electrolytic tank body temperature, the temperature data established in aluminum electrolysis cell for dynamic monitoring system, to the groove side condition real-time monitoring is particularly important.As the important parameters of the operation of the aluminum reduction tank and the important factor of energy utilization, the research is very important. The design is in the aluminum electrolytic tank body temperature acquisition based on, tells the story of a aluminum electrobath for dynamic monitoring system design implementation of the concept. This system has good man-machine interface and convenient operation, and can display the shape of the cell in real time. At the same time, the modular degree of the system is high, and the module is independent each other and has good maintainability.(3) The dynamic monitoring system of the electrolytic trough can provide data support for the production practically.
