Canned foods is a very important military food. The key technology is the production of canned food sterilization and cooling. When canning factory during the production of canned products, in theory, be sterilized before rapid warming, strictly control the time of sterilization, to rapid cooling after sterilization. Some domestic small and medium sized canned cannery workers sterilization process is based on manual control, this approach may be because the process is not strict sterilization control canned food quality problems caused by severe could threaten the safety of canned products eaters, so temperature measurement as well as for the canned food production has a very important significance. Not only in food production, the temperature acquisition system in many areas of meteorology, agriculture, forestry, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, household appliances and storage also has very important significance. For the above, we design temperature acquisition system based on wireless communication technology, enabling the production of canned temperature data in real-time, effective monitoring.This article is designed canning temperature acquisition system from the structure can be classified into three parts:the temperature collection terminal nodes, central node and PC software management. Temperature acquisition by the main terminal node controller ATmega16, RF chip NRF905, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and other devices components. Temperature acquisition terminal node is mainly responsible for collecting temperature data. Central node is responsible for the coordination of temperature acquisition and management of terminal nodes, while receiving terminal node temperature acquisition and upload the collected temperature data. The system uses the Visual Basic language and Access databases to develop PC management software, enabling real-time temperature data management, accurate system.In this paper, the main controller ATmega16, NRF905 RF chip as the core, the formation of canned temperature data acquisition system based on wireless communications, and conduct research on the feasibility of the system. The result shows that the system has a temperature acquisition speed, high-temperature conversion accuracy, friendly interface, scalability, etc., suitable for the different needs of a number of occasions on the temperature data acquisition.
