Oil occupies a very important position in national economic development.Too many oil import dependency would affect national economic security.As China's offshore oil production from shallow water to beach,and then to the deep sea,it leads to higher and higher demand for the oil extraction technology,the requirements of equipment have become more mechanized,intelligent,deep water.The module drill instead of the traditional oil rig has been more widely used in offshore oil fields.However,due to its module design,there are still some problems such as low-level automation and difficult monitoring and management of the whole system.The normal operation of the module rig is directly related to the production system of the safety,efficiency and stability.The integration and digitalization of module rig monitoring need to be further improved.This thesis is about research and development of supervisory control and data acquisition system(SCADA)for WeiZhou module drilling platform.The main contents include:First of all,the process analysis of WZ11-4 NWHPB platform is done,meanwhile the monolithic structure of a SCADA system is designed based on actual demand of production.Secondly,in this project,a ZigBee-based wireless monitoring system is designed as a replacement for the conventional cable.Besides,a PC-based application integrated with network function is designed and implemented in order to allow remote control of the system as well as easy access of the data over the internet.Finally,for the process and requirements of monitoring and controlling,the monitoring instruments are selected,while the detection and control parameter list is shown.Meanwhile,the main computer and the on-site programmable logic controllers(PLCs)as well as the configuration scheme of PLCs are also introduced.Then,the specific software development scheme of Wellhead Intelligent Monitoring System is determined,which refers to designing and programming the monitoring system by Step7,as well as designing the monitoring interface by Wincc7.0.In brief,real-time data acquiring and controlling of the system equipments are achieved with the application of PLCs and WinCC.In a word,through the data sharing of slave computer and the real-time monitoring of master computers,and the wireless network built by ZigBee,the overall design of the module rig SCADA system is realized.It should effectively improve the control level and system's efficiency,also facilitate control experts to analyze and process the data,and then provide effective service and security for oil exploration.
