And it is very important to put it into practice gradually.Based on the fully elaborated concepts watershed ecological compensation and compensation principles and principle, this article researches and analyses the situation of Xiaoqing. Xiaoqing located in the hinterland of Shandong Province, passes through the northeast of Jinan. It is the center of economic, political, cultural and science and technology in Jinan. It flows through Zibo, Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang and other important industrial areas in the province. It plays an important role in the province and the country national economy to research.In recent decades, water resources and environment of Xiaoqing River Basin has been severely damaged. The water resources and environment in the River Basin is worse than the standard V year round. Seriously affects people’s lives along the coast. The determining of Xiaoqing River Basin ecological compensation standard is a key practice ecological compensation. Firstly, This article determines compensation body,compensation direction between Zibo segment and Binzhou(Boxing) segment. Then, the paper calculates the compensation amount from water quality and quantity. Gets that Zibo section should pay140,238,000 yuanto Binzhou.It analyses and selects the way and approach to ecological compensation of Xiaoqing River Basin. It targets measures proposed status and compensation. It has important reference value to the Xiaoqing River Basin comprehensive management and water ecological rehabilitation.
