The slope deformation monitoring of open pit mine plays an important role in mine safety production.Therefore,whether the monitoring data can reflect the slope movement timely, efficiently and accurately is very important,however, due to the influence of various error factors, the quality of the monitoring data is not satisfactory, and it will affect the judgment of the slope movement.The displacement and displacement rate of the monitoring results can not reflect the actual state of the monitoring points.Therefore, it is necessary to propose an effective and feasible method for data processing,and make reasonable forecast so as to guide the safety production of open pit.The three-dimensional monitoring system(TM30)+Geomos of the present stage measurement robot system has been widely used in slope monitoring of open-pit mine.In this paper, based on the monitoring data of Anshan open-pit mine slope monitoring field experiment,and to analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of monitoring data of the measuring robot(TM30).And proposed an effective correction method,Mainly to study the factors affecting the accuracy of monitoring basic data base on the TM30 measurement robot,the influence of main meteorological conditions on the distance measurement and the influence of ATR orientation deviation,and to reduce the random error of the monitoring data by the method of wavelet analysis is used.In the process, to analysis the choice of the best wavelet base function, the choice of the optimal wavelet decomposition level.And to study the wavelet threshold de-noising.An improved wavelet thresholding de-noising method is proposed,it show that the effect is very good by the experimental data.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the open pit slope movement,provides a more accurate and effective calculation formula of cycle.In the end, a new forecasting method is put forward based on the combination of grey theory and neural network.And two kinds of forecasting methods are combined with a reasonable weight value,base on the experimental data, the prediction results are proved to be very good.On the basis of the above,to compile data processing software of mine slope monitoring data processing in the GUI of Matlab.With the powerful calculation function of Matlab and GUI good human-computer interaction,to Integrate these data processing functions together.To facilitate the data processing.Finally, the data processing software is applied to the project of the Anshan Dagushan open pit mine slope monitoring.Through practical application,to further verify the feasibility and validity of the data processing and forecasting method in this paper.
