Research On The Relationship Of The Energy,Economy And Environment Based On The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

The outline of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development proposed that Hebei Province will be positioned as a "national important modern commercial logistics base, industrial transformation and upgrading test area, new urbanization and urban and rural demonstration area, Beijing, Tianjin and ecological support zone". As the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development rose to a national strategy, it will accelerate regional collaboration in the development process. The energy, economy and environment of Hebei Province are not coordinated development. By means of building energy-economy-environment index system of Hebei province, analysis of the relationship between energy, economy and the environment of it based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development, and then predict the future is helpful to know the level of economic development in Hebei Province, the status of energy and environmental management pressures,thus seeking solutions.Firstly, this thesis briefly discusses the development of economic theory, the theory of energy economics and sustainable development theory, thus choosing the research methods contained the methods of normative study, regression analysis, factor analysis, scenario forecasting and so on. Then the energy, economic, environmental conditions and trends of Hebei Province are analyzed. And then the characteristics of energy, the total economy and environmental pollution are analyzed. It’s found out that the cinergy, economy and the environment are inter relevant. Then history and current situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development is analyzed. Then the thesis presents the assumptions and builds 3 relational models. According to the geographical features of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, this thesis Constructs index system for coordinated development of energy economy-environment system. Then, the dates from 2005 to 2014 are chosen, the three subsystems scoring model and comprehensive evaluation model is set up by factor analysis, according to the Index System. Further study of the correlation between the Hebei energy, the economy, the environment is carried out. Then the three basic assumptions and models are verified. On the basis of 2030 energy, economic and environmental situation in Hebei Province were predicted by scenario analysis. Finally, based on the analysis and forecast results, the suggestions are put forward to ensure the implement of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development policy and provide reference for the Hebei province.
