Urban agglomeration is the population agglomeration, frequent human activity areas. Under the people’s increasingly frequent economic activities, the air quality has been seriously affected. Good air quality closely related to the human existence and the economic development. The status of the air quality has become one of the standard of people life happiness. It is because of the importance of maintaining a good air quality, air quality and study the correlation of economic development, has gradually become the focus of hot spots.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region for our country’s administrative center and economic center. In under the action of agglomeration effect, attract more and more industrial agglomeration, the chemical industry in Tianjin, Tangshan iron and steel industry and other industrial agglomeration. Under the rapid development of industry, to match the environment system and facilities is not perfect. Due to the regional atmospheric purification ability finiteness, large amounts of gas emission, eventually leading to regional air pollution happened frequently, the haze is a typical event. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as frequent fog haze of serious area, air quality in the region associated with economic development of research, to seek the balance between the two, provide theoretical basis for the control of atmospheric pollution.On the basis of using the experience of previous studies, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution of air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Using the grey correlation analysis model to economic factors affecting the quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air environment for scientific quantitative analysis, and put forward corresponding control idea and the prevention and control measures.In the present situation of the air quality analysis, from the heating period with the heat, the types of different cities, time series and spatial features four aspects carries on the detailed analysis. The results showed:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city of 13 common different levels of air pollution, but regional differences between internal contamination of pollutants, including PM2.5 and PM10 is the key pollutants of the entire region; Heating period is significantly higher than the heating period; Industrial city> the industrial cities, inland city> coastal cities, plateau mountain city> hilly plain; Winter> spring> autumn> summer; Southwest is significantly higher than in the northwest. In addition, the use of spatial autocorrelation analysis on the spatial distribution characteristics of AQI, PM2.5 and PM10 for deep step of the research. AQI, PM2.5 and PM10 have agglomeration features in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region cities, mainly divided into high value "the plains area" and "low highlands area", less strong heterogeneity.Comprehensive information obtained through the literature and the characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, from the structure effect, technological effect, blowdown effect and scale effect four aspects to build out seven major air quality impact factors. With seven factors as comparative sequence, will air pollutant PM10, SO2 and NO2 as reference sequence, Using the correlation analysis, grey correlation analysis model. Researches show that to south main influential factors for the pollution situation and industry scale, mainly for industrial structure and technical level in the central region, mainly in northern industrial structure and industrial scale. The above results to understand characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei air quality distribution and control of atmospheric pollution, provide data support.Finally, the paper with the air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provided a detailed summary of the correlation of economic development, advances some countermeasures for the coordinated development of both. Points out the shortages in the study of, and made a prospect for the future research direction.
