This article develop one kind simultaneously to control the suspending liquid the density and magnetism content PLC control system, regarding enhanced the product qualified rate and reduces the production cost to have the vital significance. In this paper, the main work includes the following:In the process of suspension control involves multiple variable analysis, analysis of density and content of the corresponding variable magnetic treatment. Using the density control only to depend upon makes up the water, magnetism control only depends upon the divergence the method. Make the suspending liquid the control difficulty to reduce, the suspending liquid undulation scope changes small.This paper discusses the current all kinds of hardware function of suspension control system of coal preparation plant and the advantages and disadvantages, links to the scene reality, considering the economical investment, to make the suspending liquid control system the hardware shaping.The density and magnetic material of two variables, analyzing PID algorithm to control the adjusting PID parameters when considering the dynamic characteristic of the control object, not by differential algorithms, the actual PI control law. According to the experience of the field engineer and workers,we can know and control the process of P, I value.Writing a program makes interface process friendly and improves the operabilityAfter six months of industrial field experiments, the suspension of PLC control systemcan operate in accordance with the requirements normally, product qualified rate has added from 85% to 98% and it reduces production costs more than 80 0000 yuan.
