Acer truncatum Bunge is endemic to China, the trees, strong adaptability and resistance to drought, art, and the seeds containing 27.15%protein,The average oil content of seed kernel of Acer truncatum Bunge in different regions was 43.30%,including 92%of unsaturated fatty acid and 5-6%of neuronic acid, which were economic tree species with high value. However, the basic rules of fruit development were lack of research, extensive management and low utilization rate of its value. In this study, the 10-year-old y Acer truncatum Bunge widely cultivated in Beijing was used as the test material to observe the fruit development dynamics and nutrient accumulation rules of Acer truncatum Bunge, and the influence of environmental temperature on the quality of Acer truncatum Bunge was analyzed. The effects of sucrose and gibberellin on the development of Acer truncatum Bunge were studied in the germination and flowering stages. The results provided a scientific basis for determining the optimal harvest period of Acer truncatum Bunge and improving the oil quality of Acer truncatum Bunge. The results are as follows1.The fruit development of Acer truncatum can be divided into five stages:t Ovary enlargement stage;Fruiting wing formative period;Seed growth period;Cotyledon expansion stage;Cotyledon hardening stage2.The accumulation of substances of Acer truncatum Bunge mainly starts from the seed coat growth. With the decrease of soluble sugar content, the content of protein and oil increased, that is,soluble sugar is the basis of protein and oil accumulation of Acer truncatum Bunge3.During the cotyledon hardening period, the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the fruit of Acer truncatum Bunge promoted the accumulation of seed kernel oil.4.The contents of oleic acid, linoleic acid and erucic acid of fatty acid in Acer truncatum Bunge are higher.Neuronic acid was negatively correlated with soluble sugar, positively correlated with oil content, protein and erucic acid, and reached the maximum value of 5.45%after 199d.There was a very significant negative correlation between soluble sugar and oil and protein, and a very significant negative correlation between average daily air temperature and protein and oil content, and a very significant positive correlation between oleic acid and soluble sugar.5.During the fruit development, the oil content of the kernel increased first and then decreased. In the middle stage of the hardening period(192 days after flowering),the highest oil content was 34.3%,it is the best time to harvest.6.Spraying 3%sucrose solution at bud stage and flower stage increased the kernel rate by 3.88%and the 100 seed weight by 10.04%,promoted the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the content of soluble sugar and protein increased by 2.7%?22.12%,respectively The development of fruit provides sufficient nutrients to improve the quality of Acer truncatum Bunge.Spraying 1%sucrose solution delayed the decrease of ZT,GA,IAA content, decreased ABA content by 11.68%in the fruit of Acer truncatum during cotyledon hardening period, delay the ripening of fruit and improve the quality of fruit.7.Spraying 200mg/L gibberellin solution at bud and flowering stage increased the 100-grain weight of Acer palmatum in cotyledonous stage by 19.18%;The content of soluble sugar and protein increased by 15.73%and 20.25%,respectively,compared with the control group. The oil content increased by 0.72%.The oil content in the cotyledon stage was 44.76%higher than that in the control group by 100mg/L ga3 solution. The gibberellin solution of 50mg/L promoted the contents of ZT,IAA and GA in the ripe stage, and reduced the ABA content in the cotyledon hardening stage by 24.12%compared with the control group, which was conducive to the growth and nutrient accumulation of The fruit and improved the quality of the fruit.
