| [Purpose]To investigate the iodine nutrition level in residents of Zhejiang province and its influencing factors.[Methods]Residents from22counties(districts)of9cities selected randomly by cluster sampling, were interviewed by epidemiological questionnaire, and the iodine levels in salt, water and urine were detected. The iodine nutrition level in residents of Zhejiang was analyzed by descriptive epidemiology methods.The influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistics regression models.[Results]The median of iodine in salt was28.8mg,and intake rate of qualified iodized salt was76.65%. The median of iodine in water was2.42ug/L,and districts with iodine in water lower than10ug/L accounted for87.92%. The median of iodine in urine was 160.74ug/L,and districts with iodine in urine lower than100ug/L accounted for25.92%, higher than300ug/L accounted for15.30%.[Conclusion]The iodine nutrition level in residents of Zhejiang province is suitable generally. |
