The model control group and the sham operation group willbe given saline, the WM observation group will be given perindopril and metoprolol baseddrugs. the TCM observation group will be given Chinese medicine Shenmai Ningxinmixture as gavage treatment. After taking medicine for8consecutive weeks, another colordoppler ultrasound inspection will be carried out on the rats’ hearts. Then materials will bedrawn according to requirements and the level of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma will beobserved. We must send the blood to the inspection center in Zhengzhou.The professionaltechnicians will observe BNP and Ang Ⅱi n rat.We will give a statistical analysis finally.Results:1.Compared to the sham-operation group, the level of LVEF of rats in the model controlgroup is significantly lowered(p<0.05) while the level of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasmais significantly increased(p<0.05); 2.Compared with the model control group, the level of LVEF of rats in the TCM observationgroup and the WM observation group is significantly increase(p<0.05)while the level ofBNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma is significantly lowered(p<0.05);3.In the TCM observation group and the WM observation group, the level of LVEF and thelevel of BNP and AngⅡ in blood plasma are of no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:1. The research results suggest that animal models of rats suffering from CHF can besuccessfully made by ligating the anterior descending branch of rats’ left coronaryartery;2.Shenmai Ningxin Mixture can significantly increase the level of LVEF of ratssuffering from CHF and relieve CHF symptoms;It can slow down the developmentprocess of heart failure in rat.3.Shenmai Ningxin Mixture can significantly lower the level of BNP and AngⅡ inblood plasma of rats suffering from CHF.So it can achieve the treatment of chroniccongestive heart failure rats,provide external theory basis for the application oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment of heart failure. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | traditional chinese medicine preparation, congestive heart failure, BNP, AngⅡ | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
