Objective:Using Traditional Chinese Mdicine (TCM) inheritance support system (V2.0) to analyse the Hematuria Medical Records of49Contemporary Famous Physicians of TCM with data mining (DM) technique, summed up the experience and understanding on hematuria disease, and to guide the clinical treatment of hematuria disease as well as for how to inherit the rich clinical experience ofContemporary Famous Physicians of TCM effective.Methods:Collected and sorted out175cases of Hematuria Medical Records from49Contemporary Famous Physicians of TCM,which were450clinical time in total. Messages were inputted into the system and carried out on the basic of DM technique to summarize the general understanding and individual experience of the hematuria disease of the Contemporary Famous Physicians of TCM. And by dint of the function of the system to extract the combination of new pescription.Results:Through the analysis of the450clinical time form157cases of Hematuria Medical Records which Conformed to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria, the general understanding of49Contemporary Famous Physicians of TCM was fingding:The clinical symptoms of patients with hematuria is not obvious. The Common symptoms are Edema, soreness of waist, weakness, lumbago, yellow urine, feverishness in palms and soles, dry mouth, sore throat, dark urine, poor appetite, hematuria etc. The Common type of pulse are thready pulse, Rapid pulse, slippery pulse, taut pulse, deep pulse, soft pulse ect. The Common tongue picture are red tongue, Slight Red tongue, Dark red tongue, a sharp tongue-red, etc. The Common tongue coating are thin fur, white fur, yellow fur, greasy fur, thick fur, etc. The syndrome distribution characteristics are deficiency of both qi and yin, damp-heat syndrome, deficiency of kidney-yin, etc. The therapeutic principle are cooling blood and hemostasis, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, tonifying kidney, heat-clearing and detoxifying, clearing heat and promoting diuresis,etc. The15kinds Chinese traditional medicine most frequently used are:cogongrass rhizome, dried radix rehmanniae, herba cirsii, licorice, Astragalus mongholicus, moutan bark, radix rubiae, esliptae herba, poria cocos, ligustrum lucidum ait, Cacumen biotae, Chinese yam, cornus officinalis, radix pseudostellariae, hairyvein agrimony. The chinese triditional medicines of basic prescription for treating hematuria include:ligustrum lucidum ait, esliptae herba, dried radix rehmanniae, moutan bark, Cacumen biotae, herba cirsii, cogongrass rhizome, radix rubiae, poria cocos, Astragalus mongholicus, licorice. Of all the traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with sweetish taste, bitter taste, cold properties, mild in nature, belonging to the liver meridian, lung meridian, kidney meridian, heart meridian, spleen meridian, stomach meridian. Using the software of the new process development function we extracted25combination of new pescription.Through analyzing the4kinds medical records, including allergic purpura nephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis, IgA nephropathy and acute nephritis, corresponding rule was concluded.Respectively analyzing the medical records of the4physicians, including zhang qi, Zou Yanqin, Zhao Yuyong and Cao Enze, about common symptoms, tongue pulse, syndrome and treatment, to obtain the experience of personality of the4physicians in hematuria disease.Conclusion:By analysing, which was based on the DM technique of the Hematuria Medical Records from Contemporary Famous Physicians of TCM, a series of rule was concluded which was needed the proof of the theory and clinical practice, and we can make the tacit knowledge of medical records in TCM explicit.
