| Objective:Objective and digital summary of medication rules of contemporary famous TCM medical records for the treatment of stomachache were made,providing reference for future clinical treatment of stomachache.Methods:1.Collect and sort out the medical records of the first to the fourth Chinese medical masters and the first to the second Chinese famous doctors for the treatment of stomachache.2.Using data mining software such as EXCEL and ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,statistical analysis was made on the data in the medical case of stomachache,including tongue image,pulse image,symptoms,drug frequency,drug attribute(four qi,five taste and effect),core drugs and common drugs.3.Discuss the data mining analysis results,and summarize the medication rules in contemporary famous traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stomachache medical cases.Results:1.A total of 200 cases of stomachache medical cases that met the inclusion requirements were collected,including 295 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2691;There were 20 high frequency drugs in total,and the total frequency was 1150 times.2.Drug properties: to enter the spleen meridian,four Qi and five tastes as warm and sweet drug main;The main effect is to supplement deficiency.3.Cluster analysis was made on the top 30 drugs with frequent frequency,and four groups of commonly used drugs in medical records of stomachache disease were obtained.4.Through complex network analysis,9 core drugs in the medical case of stomachache were obtained,including: poria cocos,atractylodes,Paeoniae alba,Tangerine peel,Fructus aurantii,Coptis coptidis,codonopsis codonopsis,Fructus aurantii and Rhizoma coptidis.5.Correlation analysis of drugs was carried out to obtain six pairs of commonly used drugs in stomachache medical records: Woody fragrances: amomum,Wuzhuyu--Coptis,woody fragrances--Poria,Codonopsis--Atractylodes,Codonopsis--Tangerine peel,Codonopsis--poria. |
