Implementation Of Pharmacy Agent About Honggang People’s Hospital In Daqing City

Medical industry is one of the special industries related to the human healthand survival. Since1978, medical industry was the focus of reform, the main focusof reform is to break the chronic which not distinguish between the government andpublic institutions under the planned economy, while making the policy to guide thedevelopment of medical industry. In this context, medical institutions andadministrative departments are looking for new ways to solve the problem;therefore,‘pharmacy agent’ appeared. Some other provinces and cities haveimplemented ‘pharmacy agent’ and have achieved some performance. In thiscontext, Honggang People’s Hospital in Daqing City also managed theimplementation of pharmacy agent in March2010. This paper uses this as a case tostudy the process of pharmacy agent.Firstly, the background for the pharmacy agent is analyzed; and thenintroduces current Situation and feasibility of pharmacy agent about HonggangPeople’s Hospital in Daqing City; and then introduce the steps of managingpharmacy agent in Honggang People’s Hospital in Daqing City; final, before andafter the implementation of pharmacy agent was analyzed.The purpose of this paper, on one hand, is to sum up the implementation ofpharmacy agent in Honggang People’s Hospital in Daqing City; on the orther hand,is to explore new and more reasonable mode of pharmacy agent.
